Same-Day Urgent Appointments – Registered Patients Only
Our Medical Centre offers same-day urgent appointments for registered patients, Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 4:00pm.
Please phone ahead to determine appointment availability. Same-day urgent appointments are subject to GP availability and are not guaranteed. Appointments may become unavailable later in the day once GP capacity has been reached.
These appointments are primarily for acute illness and conditions requiring prompt medical attention.
If you have a serious or potentially life-threatening condition, please do not wait for a GP appointment. Please attend the Emergency Department (ED) or Accident & Healthcare on Second Avenue for urgent assessment.
If we are unable to offer an urgent appointment due to GP availability or capacity, registered patients will be directed to Accident & Healthcare on Second Avenue, our contracted urgent-care provider.
This Walk-In service is for urgent accidents, injuries or acute presentations only. You will be triaged by a Practice Nurse to determine the urgency of your condition and scheduled to see the GP in priority order.
If your need does not meet our urgent criteria, you may be booked an appointment with your GP for another day. A triaging fee may apply.
